If you are looking for a curriculum that will engage students and simplify your life this is it. Unit 20 is the first in the ASL 4 curriculum series.
Creative ASL Teaching has designed this unit to include everything you and your students need to increase the pathway to proficiency and develop strong ASL language skills. This unit focuses on Deaf education. Students will learn to talk about Deaf education options and the various communication methods available to families. Students will enjoy playing games, learning different vocabulary, and practicing their language skills by discussing their opinions and beliefs about the education options available to families with deaf children.
The unit will last 8 – 20 days, depending on your bell schedule, students, and teaching style.
